My baby is nine months old.. For the past ten days he is not at all eating solids.. But drinking fluids.. Seems loss of appetite for him.. Motion also looks little constipated.. Last week we put MMR vaccination.. Can u plz suggest remedy to increase appetite.. He is taking only few spoons of solids.. I also tried jeera water for him.. But doesn't wrks out..

There will be temporary periods of increase and decrease in appetite in children, which is quite common. If the baby is playful, active, no fever, no vomitings, and passing urine as usual then there is no reason to worry. You can try changing the food. If you are giving banana for eg, you can change to mashed apple, and so on. If the problem persists or child becomes inactive consult your pediatrician immidiately
