Loss of appetite,bloating
My 3 year son having loss of appetite,bloating of belly,indigestion,vomiting since 3days.i give him junior lanzole,drotin ds syrup,livowin plus syrup,neopeptine by the advice of doctor..now loss of appetite and bloating symptomp feels..what's the solution

Hi, following any infection children appetite decrease. Do offer plenty of fluids and fruits.
