I am 19. For a couple of days I have suddenly lose my appetite to eat and experiencing muscle fatigue. Is it due to over exercising and dieting too much since I am burning way more calories than I am eating ? Or i am lacking some essential nutrients ?

Yes you could be right unless you have any specific symptoms like cough ,fever etc.Get an Haemogram and Vit B12 levels done .You can start a multivit supplement after visiting a doc and going through a routine physical exam.
