Loss of appetite
15 days ago, I had watery stools and vomiting with 101F fever. I went home, took  for 5 days metrogyl and ciprobid. After 2 days of stopping these, Again same vomiting and 100F fever. CBC and widal revealed nothing. Took 7 days oflomac oz. Felt better, came to Delhi again after 3 days, I have a mild fever n no appetite

Seems mild infection is persisting post food poisoning event ( I suspect). We have very effective remedy in homeopathy which will treat you within 2-3days( my experience ). If you are near Dwarka, you can visit after taking appointment via practo. Else you can have telephonic prescription also.

helloo.. looks like you have viral fever... get your dengue profile and typhoid done once... keep yourself hydrated.. I know you must have lost your Appetite but try to have food what ever you like otherwise weakness will be a prob..the viral fever course is lengthier than other fever...you need ample rest also...
