Losing hair
Can irregular sleep and eating patterns lead to hair loss? I am an athlete so I workout a lot and eat very healthy and I also don't have any other bad habits but I am still losing my hair especially in the top middle portion of my head. The density of my hair keeps reducing everyday. I am also a student ,so I often sleep and eat late at night because that's the only time I get. Is it because of stress because no one in my family suffers from baldness. What can I do? Is it reversible? Note:- I also consume creatine as a supplement along with whey protein.
