Lose of libido from last 5 months
Hi, i dont get sexual desires from last 5 months. However I can get an erection whenever I want but feeling less erection with no senstivity. I used to get hard by imagining trying different positions with my GF but now thats not a case. My sexual desires has been totally gone. How to cure it? Its really frustrating and making me feel demotivated and helpless, also the erection I get is not hard as like before and ejaculates too early without even releasing precum.

You can do early morning jogging for 15 mins daily Along with you can do meditation/yoga/pranayam,whichever suits you You can avoid junk food and take healthy diet Apart from that you can do deep breathing,when you have overthinking You can also do reverse counting like 100,99,98,97... And so on It will make you calm and relax

FOOD: 1. Ginger and Honey: Take half a  teaspoon of ginger and the same amount of honey and add this to a glass of warm milk. Drink before you are off to bed and you will surely notice the change. 2. low sex desire reason either stress depresion tension anxity or low sex hormone or relationshiip issue. need above information n test for confirmation. its very easy to write tadalafil or vigara or antidepressent fir erecton/ejaculation,but not permanent solution
