Loosing hairs at a very rapid rate
I am from Delhi but I am living in Mumbai since August 2014 and last year i.e. around May 2016 my hairs started falling rapidly. I neglected at first but it's getting uncontrolled now and even forehead is starting to show up i.e. starting to look bald. I do not see any major change in my lifestyle but still this is happening and nobody in my family has a bald head- not a hereditory problem. I have consulted two very good doctors and took their medication for 3 months each following proper time interval and sleep as they wanted me to. But the medication did not lessen the problem. I am a football player and physically quite active in day to day activities though I work in Corporate sector, still I work out heavy almost 5-6 days a week. Any suggestions please????? Will be greatly appreciated.

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. Along with this, you can also consider platelet rich plasma therapy for faster results. Please consult me with photos for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting.
