Hair transplant is a permanent solution. Cost varies from doctor to doctor. You will need to meet the transplant surgeon and discuss the cost with them directly. But you will need to use medicines like minoxidil even after a transplant. Visit a hair transplant surgeon recommended by your dermatologist and discuss the options with them. Warm regards.
