Please suggest any medicine for loose molar tooth as it is not currently recommended to go to dentist. Please recommend any medicine which can be taken for temporary pain relief. Also, if it advisable to do saline water rinse.

At this age if you have a loose tooth it’s not a good condition.
Visit your dental surgeon soon,dental clinic which are open now are taking full covid guidelines so don’t hesitate go ahead with treatment.

This observation can be very much variable from dr. to a patient's point of view.
Therefore proper clinical examination is required to assess the situation.
Maintain oral hygiene. Brush twice daily after food.
Tongue cleaning and mouthwash twice a week, after food before brushing and bed time.
Luke warm water gargle is good for oral health if it is not worsening the symptoms.

Yes you can do saline water rinse it helps with inflammation. For temporary pain relief take tab diclomol not more than twice a day.
