Loose stools from past 8 hours

Hi. My son is having loose motions and vomitting from past 8 hours or so. He is unable to eat anything and vomitting immediately he puts something in the mouth. He is only asking for water. What can I give him to make him feel better?

Please give him anything he wants. You give water , tea, sweet lime juice, coconut water. Start ciplox syrup 100mg tds on day 1 and latter on twice a day. Give him kanji, curd and buttermiĺk.
