Loose stools for 2.5years old boy
My son is suffering from fever of 101- 103.5 from last 3days. He was on zifi 100, combither and neomol-170. As he was having severe mouth ulcer , was giving him neomol 170. His body temperature is 98 now but passing loose stools since 2 hours . Please suggest what medication must be given . I have Bifilac GG handy , can we give it ?

Bifilac gg BD for 3 days
Add syrup zinconia 5ml once daily for 14 days
Give ORS as much as he drink after each loose stool
Use other medications as prescribed

Reduce milk and milk products for 3-5 days.
