Loose stools for 2.5years old boy
My son is suffering from fever of 101- 103.5 from last 3days. He was on zifi 100, combither and neomol-170. As he was having severe mouth ulcer , was giving him neomol 170. His body temperature is 98 now but passing loose stools since 2 hours . Please suggest what medication must be given . I have Bifilac GG handy , can we give it ?

Bifilac gg BD for 3 days Add syrup zinconia 5ml once daily for 14 days Give ORS as much as he drink after each loose stool Use other medications as prescribed

Give plenty of liquids/ water Reduce milk and milk products for 3-5 days. Rice based diet
