Basil, flax, & chia seeds are very high in fiber & mucilage. Taking too much too fast can cause bloating, diarrhea, and gut upset. And This may reduce nutrient absorption, leading to low magnesium and vitamin D.
Next Steps
Advice - take Multivitamin any Shelcal-M ( Vitamin D + Magnesium + Calcium) Magnesium supplement (for better absorption): These are gentle on the stomach and well absorbed.
Health Tips
Avoid seeds for now; reintroduce slowly. Drink plenty of water. Sunlight exposure for Vitamin D (15–20 mins daily) - morning / evening.
