From last 3 days i have loose stool 2 times a day. but not like water also irritation on that area no other symptoms please guide me for this

Hi.... the frequency of stools up to three times per day is considered normal. Gastroenteritis is very common in summers especially if one eats out frequently . Before prescribing medications I would like to ask you a few questions. Best upon your answers I can come to a conclusion whether this is simple gastroenteritis or if it is something more severe and requires scanning.
