Loose penile foreskin

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I'm 23yrs and uncircumcised. The problem is that my penile foreskin is too loose, i mean when my penis is flacid my foreskin looks too much awkward and wrinkled. I don't have problems while masturbating, but it doesn't seems aesthetically pleasing. Is their anyway to tighten the foreskin without getting uncircumcised. Because it's looks too much extra skin. Please help me out. Thank you.
