My sob is 19 months and facing loose motions a Nd low ppetite...doc advice enterogermi a and econorm nd aptivate and cypon...till evending he was gud but now again started watery motions..now doc advised to stop aptivate and cypon nd start powergyl also....is it fine.he said start these two syrup after he recover

Get his stool tested to rule out bacterial infection. If it turns out to be viral diarrhea, continue with the same treatment. Make sure he has plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration
