My baby is 1month n 10 days old ..he is on mother feed and also feed with N.I AR milk but did loose motions 8 times a day..plz prescribe me some medicines.

Please Give him exclusive breast feeding only Avoid any kind of top feeds Give Sy wallmycin 2.5 ml three times a day Econorm sachets 3 1 sachet once a day for 3 days Reconsult after 3 days
