Loose motions in 2 months old baby
Hi, my son is 2 months 10 days old. He is having watery loose stools since 4 days. We have started zinconia 2.5ml syrup and enterogerma for him. It's been 4 days still no improvement. Also, started oflatop-m syrup ( antibiotic) and neosmile drops from yesterday as per doctor advice. But no relief at all as of now. Baby is still passing frequent watery stools  (15 to 18). I am worried about this. Pls advise what to do. 1. In how many days will it make difference and condition would be improved. 2. His vaccination is due on 10th Dec. Can I proceed with his vaccination? Or should I wait until he recovers fully. Pls advise. 3. Generally, till how many days we can postpone the vaccination.

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
