You can take (Lactaid Fast Act Lactase Enzyme Chewable Tablet) every 8 hours with probiotic lactobacillus caps twice a day. Try to avoid milk products for 30 days. Take vitamins (Vitamin B+C+Zinc) regularly for 45 days. Do not worry about smelling and it will come back automatically. Regards, Dr sahoo
