Got some food allergies or infection may be, she is having stomach ache since Saturday morning and loose motions since night with high frequency, Pls suggest as on Sunday we are unable to get any doctor

Don't let her go dehydrated, give her fluid, ORS solution.. which is very important in diarrhea.. if she had food poisoning , it should stop in one or two days.. avoid non veg foods, give her rice dal.. Antibiotics are not required in 90 percent of diarrhea cases..
