Hello, According to your history and details if you have started antibiotic then kindly complete the course. Second thing switch to rifagut 400 mg twice a day for 14 days and take soft diet for 1 week. Take antispasmodic medicine along with it. If you have hard stool then take laxative at night before sleep. If not improving then you need consultation because i need detailed history and physical examination also required. If needed some blood test and imaging tests also.
Next Steps
Stress management and diet modification.
Health Tips
Take plenty of oral liquids and high fiber diet. Avoid hot spicy oily and outside food.
