From 3 days my kid is getting loose motions. I had given z+ d drop & Entromax . Still she is having. Please suggest any medicine. Thanks in advance.

Age of child or weight would have been helpful Encourage more liquids Stool frequency decreasing or watery part is decreasing then need not to worry Stool frequency may take 5 days also Danger signs: not taking liquids, irritable or lethargic, decreased urine frequency
