Loose motions for my 7 months baby

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My baby 7 months old.first he got fever and then motions for week days.fever will control now but motions are not controlled,started wamtings also and two days on wards he can't speak loudly..I'm very hurried about him.plz suggest any medicine for that
