Loose motions and weekness -15 months ba
My son 15 months old having mild fever from yesterday night, from mng onwards getting loose motions..5 times from mng..and looking so week..
Yesterday evning he played at roof with out sandals... and presently not taking any food even not intrested for milk also
2am I gave enterogermina and zincovit tonics
Please suggest for course of action.

Start giving ORS earliest, give as much as he can take.
Note if he is passing urine or not
If no urine and unable to take orally, consult locally urgently
