My 3 year old baby is suffering from loose motion for past 2 days , I take him to the doctor but doctor suggest me to give Omnis 50 & Gutspert please give me advice that this omnix 50 is for loose motion or not

Just give
Liq. Enterogermina 5ml twice a day for 2days
Syrp. Zinconia 5ml once a day for 10 days (to increase stomach strength)
Keep ur child well hydrated
Give lot's of water ORS
Give liquid Diet only
Wait for more 3 days
Loose motion will stop
