Loose stools--you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract...A stool examination will help in confirming the diagnosis.... Drink plenty of fluids, coconut water, avoid Pulses and Beans, food with high amounts of refined sugars will help...I would advice you to take pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30 mg and a probiotic...further treatment depends upon stool examination reports Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Here are a few things you can do. 1. Have lots of water and other fluids. 2. Have curd and curd based food like curd rice as much as possible as they have good bacteria in them. 3. Avoid beans. 4. Tab. Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day after food for 3 days. 5. Tab. Rantac 150mg twice a day before food for 2 days. Don't eat oily and spicy foods. You need to be a liquid/semisolid diet. I hope you get well soon. Revert back if your condition improves by evening today. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
