Give pediatrics ORS ..
Give syrup zinc (20/5) give 5 ml once a day for 3 days

Give ors ( 1 pack(21gm) to be diluted in 1 lit. Water) give one cup after each episode of loose stool
Continue giving enterogermina twice a day
Also give since 5 ml daily for 14 days
In case of not accepting orally, reduced urine output please take for physical condition
