Don't hurry to jump on antibiotics. Continue on ORS. If motions are well under control  than just give just probiotic and give curd (only in day time not in night) with sugar and rice to eat. Monitor fever and give fever medicine ( paracetamol)  if temp above 99.  Antibiotic only if motions and fever continue.
