  4. Loose motion and vomiting. Temperature?

Loose motion and vomiting
My daughter is 14 months old she has vomiting n loose stool like liquid and har nose is running she has cold.. As dr suggested I m giving her - Senarest AF 1ml 3 times a day Enterogermina 3 times a day Z and d drops 1 ml once a day From yesterday I m worried about the temperature.. her temprature was 95.2 at night Morning it was 96.4 After noon it's 96 is this normal temperature or is is low temperature? Should I worry for this please suggest
