Loose motion and vomiting
I m suffering from loose motion and vomiting from yesterday. Severe headache, weakness, back pain is persisting with mild body temperature. Can you please help me in diagnosing the disease?

Please Take very simple and light food for 3 days Take Tab satrogyl O 1   1 Cap wokride D 1 on empty stomach Tab meftal spas 1   1 Cap Bifilac hp 1 Electral powder in water All for 3 days Reconsult if needed
