My son of age 5 has fever stomach ache loose motion and vomiting what should I give him

Give light meals more frequently,including curd and Banana in the diet.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery.
Use syp ondem for vomiting half hour before meals,and syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days.
Give syp anafortan for stomach ache.
If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
