I had constipation for which I took Triphala after which I am facing thick loose stool daily 2 to 3 times.gas problem is also increased.i took norflox tz 5 tablet but didn't stop.what should I do.kindly suggest.can I have fruits,egg in this condition.it is happening since 1 month.

Hi do you have pain abdomen also? Generally post diarrhoea stage there happens a healing phase where bowel needs time to settle down and come back to normal with its function of absorption. Probiotics helps a lot in that respect.
