Longstanding bum issue
Been over 2 mnths now. I've tried antifungal creams, antibiotics & now trying a steroid ointment called Betaderm (betamethasone valerate) & an ointment called Fucidin. I need it gone fast & permanently. It's in my bum crack, raw and slow to heal. It started with the large raw area that you see, but then two small ones appeared later, one under the large area and one above it. Will give more info upon request due to character limit. Images are below. Please help!
