Yes amisulpride ( solian) does affect the menstrual cycle. Since you were on 50mg which is a low dose for 4 years it is unlikely. Are you on other medicines as well? Also not everyone has side effects and there are other medicines that will help to regularise monthly cycle. Discuss your issues with your psychiatrist.

Well, the bottom line is.... Not everyone has all the side effects.
However, some of the common side effects are weight gain, dullness, slowed responses etc.
In some patients, amenorrhea (no menstrual flow) can happen on the low dose as well.
