Long Period
I was diagnosed with hormonal imbalance in March after getting prolonged periods. Then I was prescribed Regesterone for three weeks along with balanced diet and exercise. I had balanced diet but could not exercise a lot because entire family and I (6 members) got Covid one by one in May. Period was completely normal in April, a little abnormal in May and is now again going for long this month. No heavy bleeding but going on for long. Should I retake the medicine along with exercise and diet?

You can stop it if cycles are regular and no heavy bleeding.
