Hormonal Imbalance /PCOS
Good day! I'm a patient of PCOS/ HORMONAL IMBALANCE way back December 2019 until present.I undergo pelvic exam and a transvaginal ultrasound in a OB-gyne clinic near my residing area. i take progesterone pills for 20 days to a month so i can have my period cause i dont have a menstruation for 3 months and after that she also prescribed me some Diane 35 birth control pills that i should take for 6 months.my menstruation regulates while taking those pills.after those pills i undergo again on a transvaginal ultrasound and it came good cause both my ovaries are clear.she never recommend me any medication as of now.instead do some exercise and a diet, but still i have those symptoms like weight gain, cravings on junk foods and sweets, mood swings, hormonal acnes, different sleeping patterns, irregular periods, depression and anxiety so im a little bit concerned cause i dont know what's the root cause of my Hormonal imbalance.do i need to see endocrinologist doctor? like for some blood test?
