Asked for Male, 29 Years

My AST (SGOT) is 174 and ALT (SGPT) is 253 and GGTP is 427..Adding to this in my Cholesterol chart it shows that my Triglycerides is also 330..... Is it Dangerous.? Please suggest how should I proceed further
