I recently got my master health check-up done and I found out that I have higher ALT and AST.
Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT) - 188
Normal range is17-63
Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST/SGOT) - 100
Normal range is 14-40
What could be the cause of such higher ALT and AST and also what may be the effects of it ?
Do I neee to consult a doctor?
Thanks

Intake of Alcohol, non-veg diet, extra oily spicy food, sweets can lead to damage to the Liver function and cause such conditions. Have a healthy balanced diet with more fruits, vegetables, salads. Exercise regularly. Along with this, take help of Ayurved as it has effective medicines for your problem.
