Recently through health check up got above test results for ALT and AST. Other factors are within the range. I have no pain in stomach or any such behavior. But the figures are not normal. Not sure what exactly the problem is. In medication I have had Augmentin 625mg, Emanzen D and Pan 40mg for five days in last month. One year ago, I have had medication for hair treatment for around 4 months. Can not recall the name of medicine.
Could you please guide me here?

If you are not symptomatic, like nausea, vomiting or indigestion, then its not something to worry about. Antibiotics or even long term treatment with steroids or any pharmacotherapy which is metabolised by liver can lead to elevated enzyme reading. You can take liverprotective agents for 15 days and repeat the liver function test again. Avoid alcohol and fatty foods till your liver profile is back to normal
