Liver issues in my test result
Recently, I have done my full body checkup and following results are not up to the mark: ALT/SGPT: 83 (21-72) AST/SGOT: 37 (17-59) Urea - Serum/Plasma: 18 (19-43) Blood Urea Nitrogen: 8.39 (9-20) Cholesterol: 178 HDL: 38 LDL: 123.4 vitamin D: 7.57 My Age: 32 , Male Height: 6' Weight: 77.5 Kg Now, doctor has recommended my to take Liv.52 for a month. I have scalp psoriasis from past 15 years (I came to know about it recently, I always thought I have dandruff). Now, my questions are: P.S.: I've taken biotin for 1 month & I had chicken pox 2 years back. I had never been lean to exercise (I have started doing it now, after my results) 1: Do I have any liver issues? is it because of fatty liver or something else? 2: Do I have protein deficiency? or my liver and kidney is not able to transform protein? 3: I am not sure if my lever is able to digest protein/other vitamin even I start eating healthy diet. (I am a vergeterian)
