Sir this is my father's chest and abdomen ultrasound report of today.He is facing high fever with chills and pain in liver from last 5 days...sir please guide what the symptoms and reports say... Is something serious?? And what is the treatment? Please took this as a serious matter and ans frequently... It will be a great help and i shall be highly obliged to you for your act of kindness...

The patient needs hospital admission , he will be put on intravenous antibiotics,and sometimes the abscess is drained as well , also oral intake will be stopped for days and intravenous fluids will be given . All the best . He will be managed by Physician

This is a case of liver abscess.
Take him to a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
