Liver fibrosis
What do I need to do to prepare for the scan? Please avoid drinking alcohol for two weeks prior and do not eat anything for three hours before your FibroScan®. If you need to, you can take small sips of water or clear fluid, but avoid drinking large amounts of fluid. Is it true? Can liver stiffness increase if someone drunk from last 15 days and next morning before fibroscan took half litre water??

Liver doesn't become stiff if you drink too much fluids. Actually the image gets blurred if there is too much gas and liquid in the stomach and intestines.
