Facing discomfort while swallowing food in upper esophagus area from 10 days. Rif Facing pain/cram in right upper abdomen from last 3 days Noticed blood in stool from 2 days. History Having  GERD(now under control taking treatment and lifestyle modifications) Did Endoscopy 3 years back report showing nothing serious except acidity Having gas issue
