Liver ALT value is high. Me what to do?

Liver ALT value is high and using medication from last 4 months. But, value is still high and fluctuating between 70 - 160. For the first 2 months I used medicines like Udiliv 300 and Evion 200mg (repeated test for each month and value decreased from 130-65 and later increased from 65-85). After value is increased doctor changed the medicine and asked me to use the Viboliv and Udiliv 300. Again repeated the test and noticed that, value is increased to 103. Doctor asked me to go for the ANA profile,24 hours copper urine test, Protein value and viral markers and Cholestrol tests - And all results were negative. This time doctor wrote the some liver boosters and repeated the test today after 12 days of using liver boosters and value is again increased from 100 to 160. I am too much worrying about my liver health condition. Please advice me what to do ? And I have near to Grade 3 fatty liver and Fibroscan value is 5.6 it's normal.
