Today after masturbation i felt some pain in my left abdomen n penis left after urination the pain got decreased but felt someheaviness in abdomen is it normal or not

Sometimes and in some pain or discomfort comes in balls and radiating to lower abdomen happens due to contraction which happens in semen conducting tubes in testes and root of scrotum while ejaculating in masturbation.
If its more or persisting it needs to be examined before giving further advice or treatment.
