Little amount of blood and its stop

Hi Doc this is about my wife, her menses about to start on 10 Aug, but on 11th she got little amount of blood and its stop on very first day.and after that there no bleeding or pain any more. her last month date 14 Jul we had 21 Jul, 2 Aug ,5 Aug will it be a pregnancy if so , which day has been effect, (21, 2, or 5) please ur feedback
