48 M patient has swelling on the nape of neck. No pain associated with it.
Gradually increasing in size.
SLIP SIGN POSITIVE
USG findings-
Well defined, lobulated, hypoechoic sol with thin linear echogenic striations seen within the subcutaneous tissue.
3*1 cm
This is suggestive of lipoma right?
Any treatment required?

If it increases in size or started having pain than it should be removed
