Dear friend, pls consult a plastic surgeon as the lipoma is on the cheek because a plastic surgeon can make sutures which are cosmetic.

Lipoma needs to be excised especially when it's on cheek due to cosmetic effect. Please consult a nearby surgeon who can remove it.
