  4. Lipoma on back and stomach. It hurts?

Lipoma on back and stomach
I have several lumps on back and over the time more are appearing, total 5 on the back and 2 on stomach, it hurts when pressed. I contacted doctors but they say it's not dangerous, but why does it hurts? Pls help.
