As i serve a medicine name (macpod 50 )to my three years old boy child his lip portion is getting big wh is it so ?

The child has developed allergic reactions to the drug.. don't give him this medicine in future.give syrup cetrizine.. visit a pediatrician for assessment and further treatment.
