Limb Shaking n back prblm
Weight. 80, Height. 5.4 ft Hi, I'm having problems with my Rt leg - shaking while nt supported. Now Lt hand - has also started to shake but is not t continuous. I also have some discomfort in back spine, but no pain. I have high pressure and suffer from constipation. I feel headache internally and general weakness. Its been more than 6-7 months. As you have multiple problems consult a physician. Leg and hand shaking may be due to b12 defeciency or spine problem. Headache may be due to high pressure. What is your blood pressure? For constipation take high fiber date.

hi you have multiple complaints , which cannot be treated at this moment .. i would suggest you to get your Serum calcium, Serum parathhormone , and your thyroid , , serum vit B12 levels done . After the reports you can repost me your reports . and also take less salt , more fibre and more liquid in your diet . take syrup lactulose 4tsf at night for constipation you can try this syrup , if you are not relieved then go for all tests and get back to me .
